Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup smart balance
- 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/4 cup splenda sugar blend
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
In a large bowl mix butter, smart balance, brown sugar and sugar together. In seperate bowl mix flour and oatmeal together. Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda to the butter and sugar mixture.

Slowly combine the flour and oat mixture to the large bowl. Finally mix in the chocolate chips and let set in the fridge for a few minutes.

Step 3
Place spoonfuls of the dough on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for roughly 5-7 minutes.
