Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
First, place yourself in a standing position. Make sure that your mind is focused, your feet are together, your hands are at your sides, and you are standing straight up.
Step2
Secondly, jump up and land with your legs about shoulder-width apart. Be sure that your hands are straight up into the air like a telephone pole.
Step3
Then, jump back into the starting position. you should be back in the standing pose.
Step4
Repeat these steps over and over, until you get tired.
