How to Do Jumping Jacks

This is the most difficult thing to do as an aerobic excrsise.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Yourself
Step1
First, place yourself in a standing position. Make sure that your mind is focused, your feet are together, your hands are at your sides, and you are standing straight up.
Step2
Secondly, jump up and land with your legs about shoulder-width apart. Be sure that your hands are straight up into the air like a telephone pole.
Step3
Then, jump back into the starting position. you should be back in the standing pose.
Step4
Repeat these steps over and over, until you get tired.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep your mind focused at all times!!!
  • This is an excellent aerobic excersise, but make sure that your surroundings are at least twice your arm length away from you!!! You might bump into something if you are too close!!!
