Instructions

Step 1

The wide end should be about 12 inches below the thin end... you will need to place the wide end over the thin end as shown in the image.
Step 2

As shown in the second image, bring the wide end up through the loop you created by your neck. Then let it hang down again.
Step 3

Then "wrap" the wide end around the narrow end as show in the image (bring it behind).
Step 4

Bring the wide end back around the front.
Step 5

Bring the wide end up through the loop once more.
Step 6

Bring the wide end down through the knot you have created as shown in the image.
Step 7

Gently "work" the knot upwards towards your neck and you are done!
