Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 Package Fresh Spinach for 10 (use 1 or 2 bags depending on size)
- 1 Large Basket Strawberries, sliced (if not real sweet, put a little sugar over them and let sit for awhile)
- 1 Red Onion sliced thin
- 3/4 Cup Glazed Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
Step1
Over moderate heat in a non-stick pan, put almonds and sugar, stirring until sugar melts and coats the almonds. Remove immediately and put on foil until cool. Break into small pieces.
Step2
Dressing: 1 cruet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing made with Balsamic Vinegar. Add 5 TBS of sugar to cruet and shake.
Step3
Toss all ingredients and enjoy!
