Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip is by far the most delicious dip I have ever tried. A friend give me the recipe for this tangy, creamy dip that tastes just like buffalo chicken wings. It will be a great for parties and specially for football season!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves.
  • Two 12 ounce bottle hot sauce.
  • Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese.
  • One 16 ounce bottle Ranch dressing.
  • 1 cup of blue cheese.
  • 8 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar Cheese, grated.
  • Doritos "Scoops".
  • Celery Sticks.
  1. Step 1

In a pan, boiled the chicken breasts (add some salt and two or three celery sticks to add some flavor), when boiled shredded into 3" bite sized pieces.

  2. Step 2

In a small sauce pan, combine the cream cheese, the ranch dressing and the blue cheese over medium heat until smooth.

  3. Step 3

In a baking pan, combine the shredded chicken meat with the entire bottles of hot sauce , spreading to make an even layer.

  4. Step 4

Pour the mix made in the small sauce pan into the baking pan (on top of the shredded chicken combined with the hot sauce). Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

  5. Step 5

    Preheat oven for 350F

  6. Step 6

Place baking pan on oven. Bake uncover for 35 - 45 minutes longer, or until bubbly. (Watch that the top doesn't get browned.)
    Let stand 10 minutes.

  7. Step 7

on 4/13/2009 I usually avoid dairy and meat, but when I do indulge, two of my favorite things are chicken and cream cheese. This is what I made for dinner tonight; it was delicious! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! 5*
