Things You'll Need:
- Patience
- And Patience
-
Step 1
What to wear: Swimsuit and flip-flops. Nothing else.
What to carry: Plane ticket and picture ID. Nothing else.
If that's good 'nough, stop reading, go fly.
If you want another answer, please proceed to Next Step. -
Step 2
What to wear:
Shoes you can remove easily (flip-flops aren't a bad idea)
Metal-free belt (these have always and will always set off metal detectors... they are METAL!)
Something comfortable (that's just for you) -
Step 3
Liquids and other Threats:
The general rule states all liquids must be in 3.4 oz container or less and fit in a quart-size zip loc baggy. Don't think you can smuggle 3.4 oz of liquid through in a bigger bottle--uh uh.
Little known exception: Juice, Medication (prescription and over-the-counter,) Baby Formula (including Breast Milk) can all be declared at the check point. You may carry "a reasonable amount." Don't even try anything more than a reasonable amount--that would be wrong. -
Step 4
Prohibited Items: (beyond the obvious)
Snowglobes (this should be common sense... uh...)
Remote control toys
Tools greater than 7 inches
Liquid bleach
Gel-type candles
Gel-shoe inserts
Acceptable Items: (beyond the obvious)
Gel-filled bras
Whipped cream (3.4 oz or less of course)
Small compressed gas cartridges, limit 4 (that's nice...)
Toy weapons if not realistic replicas ( )
Nail files/clippers/eyelash curlers
Knitting needles
