Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- patience
- determination
- confidence
Step1
First of all, decide exactly what you need and stick with that idea. Don't change your mind as soon as you enter the store door and see a fabulous pair of shoes on sales. Remember why you came in the first place.
Step2
If you don't have any idea what you want, but just know that you're in need for shoes, first relax, breathe, you don't have to buy them all. Think of next event you're supposed to attend and imagine the shoes that would match with the pretty dress you already have at home.
Step3
Once you've found the great ones, be sure that you feel comfortable in them. You don't want to wear them just once, do you? Even they are so magnificent...
Step4
Never buy two pairs of the same shoes in different colours just because you can't decide. Think what colour predominates in your wardrobe.
Step5
Don't buy shoes that were so en vogue last season. If you need boots for winter, don't buy flats just because are on sales and were so nice and fashionable on summer. Next season you might be in need for another fashionable shoes and the poor flats will remain unfortunately in your closet.
Step6
What if you fancy some awesome shoes that you can't afford? You have two possibilities: one, spend all your money, but do it only if you know you won't regret it later; two, forget about them, move on, buy yourself something else instead (not chocolate).
Step7
Never buy shoes that are a little smaller or a little bigger than your actually foot size. Inside the store you won't realize the mistake you're about to commit, but as soon as you begin to wear them, you will regret it.
Step8
There is not such thing as the ten commandments when it comes to shoes, but if you think a little every time you decide to buy shoes, you won't end up regretting.
So, shop wise!
