Things You'll Need:
- Chicken Broth
- Celery
- White onion
- Chicken Thighs/legs
- flour
- eggs
- black pepper
- chicken bouillon

Step 1
Boil chickenWash Chicken and boil it til cooked (at least an hour), this will be the base for your broth.

celery & onionsAfter Chicken is cooked, strain your broth to make sure you remove any bones that could have broken loose from your chicken. Simmer broth add your celery and onions, chicken broth and chicken bouillon and black pepper. Let this cook until tender.

DoughPrepare your noodles: Add 2 eggs to every 1 cup of flour. Mix the dough until firm, then roll out with your rolling pin into strips then cut to size. Drop into boiling broth until tender. Soup is ready to eat.
