Home made Chicken Noodle Soup. This is a family favorite, your guest will love your home made noodles. All ages love to make it too!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chicken Broth
  • Celery
  • White onion
  • Chicken Thighs/legs
  • flour
  • eggs
  • black pepper
  • chicken bouillon
  1. Step 1
    Boil chicken
     
    Boil chicken

    Wash Chicken and boil it til cooked (at least an hour), this will be the base for your broth.

  2. Step 2

    After Chicken is cooked, strain your broth to make sure you remove any bones that could have broken loose from your chicken. Simmer broth add your celery and onions, chicken broth and chicken bouillon and black pepper. Let this cook until tender.

  3. Step 3
    Dough
     
    Dough

    Prepare your noodles: Add 2 eggs to every 1 cup of flour. Mix the dough until firm, then roll out with your rolling pin into strips then cut to size. Drop into boiling broth until tender. Soup is ready to eat.

Tips & Warnings
  • If your dough is a little too sticky to work with add a little flour to your hands, rolling pin and surface.
  • Be careful when adding your noodles, if you add too many they will soak up your broth.
