Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Things You’ll Need:
- English books
- English speaking programs
Step1
When your children watch television, sit with them and watch television for at least 30 minutes a day.
Step2
Speak in English with family members for at least 30 minutes a day. Don't worry about making mistakes.
Step3
Try to read children books to your children everyday. Once you are comfortable, then read a magazine or some reading literature.
Step4
Multi-task your time by listening to music that is played in English, or talk radio show. For example, if you are cleaning, you could be listening.
Step5
Invite neighbors over coffee or lunch. Neighbors are usually patient, and will be thrilled to help you learn English, as well as make a friend.

on 10/3/2007 Watch movies in English with subtitles in your native language, that helped me a lot as a kid learning English.
