How to Be Faithful and Loyal

In our society today it is common to see infidelity, backstabbing and broken vows in our everyday lives. The news covers stories of broken relationships, and it has given our society a jaded view of the world. Break the mold and remain faithful to those around you. Here are suggestions how.

1. Seek truth in the world and in yourself. To be faithful to your friends, family and partner, you must be fully conscious of what drives you to maintain these relationships. In order to love and be loved, you have to know yourself enough to love yourself.

2. Keep every promise you make. Maintain your vows to yourself and all of the people you love. Never make a promise you can't keep, and once you have made a vow, do everything in your power to hold on to the trust that was bestowed upon you.

3. Show your love and affection. Keep in touch with friends, even when you are busy, and extend your feelings of warmth and kindness whenever possible. Send notes, make loving phone calls and always let those you love know it.

4. Remain steadfast in your beliefs and convictions. Stay true to your moral compass no matter what is thrown at you in any situation.

5. Stand by those you love. Even if you don't agree with their actions, have faith in your friends and family, and show them that you are loyal to them by being there for them always.
