How to End an EBay Auction Early
There may be occasion when you need to end an eBay auction early without allowing it to run to the scheduled end date. EBay's policy allows you to end an auction early if the item is lost, broken or no longer available for sale. They also allow auctions to be ended early if the seller has made an error in the listing or price of the item.

Tips & Warnings
If you choose to end an eBay auction early for any reason, you are still charged the listing fees on that auction. You cannot request that the funds be refunded.
You cannot end an auction early if there are twelve hours or less remaining on the auction unless your reason for ending it is because you are going to sell the item to the high bidder for his current bid amount.
