Sometimes life, fear and obstacles come between us and our goals. If you're trying to lose weight, a fitness trainer may not be the only thing you need. Use a wellness coach to help you overcome some of your personal obstacles that keep you from reaching your targets.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Tell them all of your goals, and what has kept you from reaching them in the past. Be honest when you discuss all your flaws and any obstacles that are blocking you from a healthy life.
Step2
Tell the wellness coach your family history. The coach must ascertain if you have any health risks due to your genetic makeup.
Step3
Assess your stress levels, and what triggers them. Discuss your daily stresses with your coach. This will help her formulate a plan so you can cope with daily stress and anxiety.
Step4
Incorporate your coach's suggestions into your life. Make a commitment to your health and fitness. A coach can give you advice and show you the way, but you are the only one who can put the advice into action. Ultimately, you should become your own wellness coach.
