If NASCAR runs makes your heart pound; if you consider the Daytona International Speedway your second home, then you must get tickets to the Budweiser Shootout. The biggest names in NASCAR will be racing for the glory of victory in front of tens of thousands of fans.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check out NASCAR's website for the link to tickets for the Budweiser Shootout. Once on the main page, click on "schedule." From there you will see a list of upcoming events. The Budweiser Shootout is held every February, so scroll down to that event and click on tickets. NASCAR has a sister site that runs their tickets which is called racetickets.com. (This is the site you have now been taken to.) Select the tickets that you desire and you are good to go.

  2. Step 2

Check out Ebay or other sites that have auctions. On Ebay, you can wait until just before the Budweiser Shootout when there will be a handful of tickets available with a drought of buyers. Then place your bid. They may not be what they list for, but you'll avoid paying a huge mark-up. Often your tickets will be sent via email so you won't have to meet any shady guys in shady alleys.

  3. Step 3

Head over to other ticket matching services. These places match eager buyers with eager sellers. The sellers set their price and once the buyers pull the trigger, the site takes a piece of the action. You will usually pay higher than face value but the advantage is you can select your seats at a myriad of price ranges. If you are willing to pay for the best, you will certainly find it here.

  4. Step 4

Win a contest and get tickets to the Budweiser Shootout. Daytona International Speedway holds fundraisers every so often as do local radio stations and T.V. Stations.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tailgate before the game. This is not just for football anymore. Tailgating has become just as popular if not more in NASCAR.
