How to Use Epsom Salts Around the House

Epsom salts originated in Epsom, England in 1618. Since then they've been used for everything from correcting the magnesium content in soil to the manufacturing of bath salts. They are said to have great medicinal value to draw toxins from the body and to sedate the nervous system. With so many uses, it's no wonder they're so handy around the house.
