How to Sell Used DVDs
Selling a used DVD is a great way to make some extra cash and clean out unwanted movies from your DVD collection. Follow these steps to sell those films you no longer watch.

1
Check the DVDs for scratches and damage. You can't sell any DVD that has a deep scratch or other damage to it.
-
2
Make sure that the DVD plays. Buyers will want to know that you have tested the DVD and that it plays well without skipping.
-
-
3
Sell your DVDs to a local record store that sells DVDs. You also can trade it in for another used DVD. Record stores are looking for new releases, popular recent movies or collectible classics.
-
4
Find an online website where you can sell your DVDs. You can sell your DVDs online through stores like Amazon. You set the price for the DVDs. Remember that your pricing must be competitive since others are selling similar products.
-
5
Put your DVD up for sale through an online auction. Do a quick search at an auction site such as eBay and see how much that DVD has sold for in the past. If the price is worth your time and DVD, then set up an auction for the DVD.
