Step 1
Brew some chamomile tea if your baby is crying and constantly requires holding or rocking, or if one cheek appears more flushed than the other.

Provide your child with colocynthis if his colic pain appears to come in waves and is relieved when you apply pressure to the abdomen.

Give your child magnesium phosphorica if the pain appears to get better after rubbing her tummy or applying warmth to her abdomen.

Use Dioscorea for your child if he seems to get relief from arching his back, or presents with gas, burping and nausea.

Give your child fennel seed before you feed her. Simmer 1 tsp. of the seed in a pint of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain the fennel seeds, and then give the tea to your child after it has cooled.

Step 6
Add one tablet of acidophilus to your baby's diet daily. Break up the acidophilus and divide in the baby's milk throughout the day.
