How to Create a Plant Sim in Sims 2: Seasons

Sims 2: Seasons introduced the ability to produce vegetable gardens in your Sims' yards. But if you're not careful, your Sim could get more than she bargained for. Plant Sims are the result of being too liberal with the pesticides. If you would like to create a Plant Sim and experience Sim life as a half-human, half-plant creature, here's how.

Instructions

    • 1

Go into build mode and select some garden plots or an orchard tree and for your lot. Garden plots cost 10 Simoleons apiece, while one orchard tree costs 1,200 Simoleons. Plant seeds in your garden plots.

    • 2

Spray your garden plot or tree with pesticide once the bugs start feasting. Click on the plot or tree and select "Spray." Do this repeatedly. You must overuse the pesticide to create a Plant Sim. After excessive spraying, your Sim eventually will become a green, leafy Plant Sim.

    • 3

Create a new Plant Sim by spawning it from an existing Plant Sim. Click on your Plant Sim and select "Grow Plantbaby." A toddler Plant Sim will appear instantly.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you turn your Sim into a Plant Sim by accident, it can be reversed. Use your phone to call the Garden Club. When the Garden Club representative arrives, click on her and purchase the Plantophic-C antidote. It costs 60 Simoleons, and your Sim can turn back into a normal Sim by drinking it.
