Cracks in foundation or other concrete structures are normally the result of water seeping in gradually over time or simply the moving and shifting of the concrete from seasonal temperature changes. Although it's common to have leaks in concrete, it's wise to repair them as soon as possible rather than waiting as unattended leaks can result in much bigger and more expensive repairs.

Instructions
1
Determine how big your leak problem is before you begin to repair it. Hairline fractures along concrete walls or floors are first signs of leaks and are repaired by simpler measures like sealing the cracks. Wider cracks require filling and sealing while cracks and leaks due to drainage problems likely need concrete replacement.
2
Install injection ports or drill holes into the concrete, placing injection sites about an inch apart along the length of the crack. These sites allow the repair material to enter into the base of the concrete and fill up the crack.
3
Seal the entire surface of the cracked area including around the injection ports or drill holes. The sealant needs to dry about 30 minutes, depending on manufacturer's directions. This ensures that none of the filling material will seep out of the crack. Leave the drill or port holes open.
4
Inject the filling material into the crack through the injection sites. Start at one end, preferably the lowest elevation, and fill until you see the material oozing out of the next port. Plug the port and repeat with all remaining port holes.
5
Wait 24 to 48 hours for the fill material to cure and fully dry to repair the concrete leak. Injection ports can then be removed or for a more aesthetically pleasing surface, use a sanding disc to smooth the surface.
Tips & Warnings
Evaluate how much you can afford to repair the leak. Repair options range from the inexpensive, essentially plugging the leaking areas to the more costly option of ripping out and replacing the damaged area. The remedy you choose depends on your budget and the extent of the leaks.
