How to Go to Car Shows

Car shows are about vintage and classic cars and memories. Find everything from hot rods to corvettes to model "Ts" at these shows going on across the country. Look for new cars going just coming on the market at the new car shows. Travel with friends and family to see these shows first hand.

Difficulty: Easy

1. Find car shows to go to at the Car Show Guide (See Resources) online. This website lists car shows all over the country by month. Pick the month you want to go and then review the list to see what classic car shows are being held in your area.
2. Choose an international car show if you are really an enthusiast. The "Frankfurt Auto Show" is the most popular auto show even though it is an annual show. The new cars are released here first before they go on sale. There is also music and top notch entertainment at this show.
3. Select the "New York International Auto Show" (See Resources) to go to for a great car show in the US. This show features classic cars but also shows off the new cars that will be going on the market soon.
4. Review local listings in your city or state for car shows in your area to go to. Read the listings to see what classic cars will be featured. You should be able to find these listings at your local Chamber of Commerce.
5. Join a car enthusiast club. Check with your club for car shows that interest you. Arrange trips to other cities to see classic car shows with your group.
