Boston has many museums for adults and families. There's a top-rated museum of fine arts, a science museum a children's museum, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum and an aquarium.   1. Step 1

    Visit the top-rated Museum of Fine Arts, Boston located at 465 Huntington Ave. It has paintings and sculpture, including a large collection by Monet. A free guided tour is available. Call (617) 267-9300 for hours and admission prices.

  2. Step 2

    Tour the Museum of Science, with over 500 exhibits, an IMAX theater and planetarium. The "Investigate!" section challenges visitors to formulate questions and draw conclusions like scientists. Call (617) 723-2500 for directions, hours and prices.

  3. Step 3

  4. Step 4

    Stop at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum overlooking Dorchester Bay. Video and sound recordings, memorabilia and photos detail the political campaign, accomplishments and assassination of the 35th president.
