The city of Los Angeles is one of the most diverse in the nation. This gives the city a huge advantage when it comes to cuisine. From the vast agriculture that's grown just outside of the city, to Chinatown, to the Hispanic flavors prevalent in the restaurants, it is a "foodies" paradise. Just because it's good, doesn't mean it has to be expensive. Read on to learn more.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Start your day at the 101 Coffee shop on 5145 Franklin Ave. in Hollywood. This trendy hot spot is like something out of the fifties. There are comfy booths and trendy rock walls. If you like greasy spoons, this is the place to stop for breakfast.
Step2
Grab a quick lunch at Mulberry Pizza at 240 S. Beverly Dr. in Beverly Hills. This pizza place in the heart of Beverly Hills is a great way to eat cheaply in Los Angeles. Always jam packed, and a tad of a power spot among agents, it is a long-standing staple in the city.
Step3
Check out happy hour at Bite. This sushi bar is located at 30 Washington Blvd. in Venice. Not only is this place young and hip, but they offer half off most of their menu and several drinks from 5 to 7 p.m. everyday. With a giant fire pit in the center, it's a romantic spot to bring any date.
Step4
Enjoy dinner at El Coyote in Hollywood. This authentic Mexican restaurant is located at 7312 Beverly Blvd. With low prices and huge taste, you won't find a better bargain on this side of the border.
Step5
Stop for a burger, on the way home from a great night out, at Pink's Hot Dogs at 709 N. La Brea Ave. in Hollywood. The line is always around the block at this legendary hot dog stand. The stars traditionally have their limos stop there before the Oscars to pick up a little snack. This hot spot offers sensational hot dog and burger creations that won't set you back more than a few bucks.

Tips & Warnings
