Step 1
Find a particularly bad photo of the dumb blonde and blow it up to a large size. Post it in a very public spot where others can see it, or add it to an email, along with an embarrassing story of the girl in the photo. Pretend that the message itself came from her, and don't let the girl (or the people who receive the message) in on the practical joke until everybody else is aware of the email.

Step 2
Send or leave a large box on the desk of the dumb blonde. The box itself can be empty, but make sure to write something embarrassing on the outside. Choose something that people associate with dumb blondes, such as inappropriate clothing, plastic surgery or absurd shopping sprees.

Plan your joke carefully and get others involved. A practical joke on a dumb blonde is more fun if other people are in on it. This is especially true if the girl is the only blonde in the group or if she has a reputation for being especially slow.

Choose your occasion appropriately. The type of practical joke you can play on a coworker is not the same type you can play on a friend, even if you think they are both dumb blondes. Scheme up a practical joke that is funny but not overly offensive. In other words, choose a joke that won't get you fired if your boss finds out about it (especially if your boss is the dumb blonde).

Don't be offensive. While embarrassing the person on the receiving end of the practical joke is acceptable, turning to insults and aggravation is something completely different. Always know your limits.
