Unlike a woman's G spot, a man's G spot has a biological function as well as a sexual one. A man's G spot is also known as the prostrate gland. The prostrate gland is used, in combination with the testicles, to produce sperm. Due to its size and relatively common location in a man, it tends to be easier to find than a woman's G spot. Read on to learn more.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Get in Touch With Your Man's Spot

Step1
Learn about the location and shape of the prostate gland. The prostate gland is usually around the shape and size of a small bird's egg, and it can be touched through the rectum. The prostate gland is located between the pelvic muscles around the pubic bone.
Step2
Talk to your partner about his comfort level with anal activity, which will be necessary in order to find his g spot. Some men may have issues regarding this type of sexual approach, so it's best to talk about this upfront before trying to experiment in the heat of the moment. Avoid touching that area of his body until you're sure about his personal boundaries.
Step3
Buy some lubricant that is water based. Cover your finger with the lubricant and massage some of it gently on and around the anus.
Step4
Slide your finger into your partner's rectum, using a slow and steady motion to gently push through the outermost layer.
Step5
Be patient and go as slow as necessary. Allowing your partner time to adjust to this new feeling is important and may make him want even more of your finger inside him. Move your finger in and out of your partner's rectum to help relax it.
Step6
Encourage your partner to relax and give in to this new sensation, even if it feels odd at first. Reassure your partner that you will not need to use the entire length of your finger, as you should be able to reach his g spot with about half the length of it. The first inch or so of the rectum is generally the most sensitive, so be sure to spend plenty of time focusing on this area.
Step7
Curl your finger upwards as soon as your partner is comfortable with the feel of your finger inside him. You should be able to feel his prostate, or g spot, with the tip of your finger. Some men are able to ejaculate from this sensation alone, so be prepared for your partner to experience an orgasm almost immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • Watch sexy videos with the man in your life. This may help him get in the mood for g spot stimulation.

on 3/26/2008 all men's biology is different. it took me nearly a week to find my man's hot spot. we tried different things, from knawing on his earlobe to tickling him "down there." Then one day we were in the bed and i grazed his toes with my hand. He was instantly aroused. I then sucked on his toes and that's where it his spot is!! So don't give up ladies...it just takes perseverance!!!!
