As the man's G spot is associated with the prostrate, methods used to stimulate this area may not be for everyone. Those who do enjoy this approach often claim it helps them achieve an orgasm unlike any other they've experienced. It's important to take it slow and respect any personal boundaries that your partner may have as you try it out. Read on to learn more.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Pleasure a Man Through His G Spot

  1. Step 1

Enjoy a long, warm shower before beginning sexual activity. Both you and your partner may benefit from feeling clean and relaxed after showering, as a man's anus is sometimes an area he feels uncomfortable exposing to others. Some people even enjoy showering together.

  2. Step 2

Take things slow. Feel free to focus on other types of sexual activity that you are more accustomed to before moving to prostate stimulation. Incorporating new methods of sexual pleasure into your routine can be nerve-racking, so do your best to involve other activities, such as massages and kisses, that you find familiar.

  3. Step 3

Use plenty of lubricant to loosen your anus before allowing your partner to touch it. Your partner will need to insert a finger or two into your anus in order to find the prostrate gland. You may experience a slight and brief sensation of pain. If you feel any serious discomfort, tell your partner to stop immediately.

  4. Step 4

Encourage your partner to press her finger down on your prostate gland while massaging it gently. Tell your partner to bend her finger towards her palm while pushing firmly, depending on your level of comfort. You may also enjoy it if your partner quickly removes, and then reinserts her finger repeatedly.

  5. Step 5

Combine attempts to stimulate the male G spot with massaging of the penis and oral activity. Some men are able to ejaculate while their prostrate glands are massaged, without even stimulating their penises. Others enjoy masturbating to ejaculation while experiencing anal stimulation.

Tips & Warnings
  • Experiment with sex toys in order to find the best method to stimulate the male g spot. Some toys are designed especially for anal stimulation, but most toys used for vaginal play will also be appropriate. Ask the salesperson at the sex-toy store about the best toys for stimulating a man's g spot or do research online if you are less comfortable talking about such topics in public. Lubricant is also necessary and extremely helpful when using sex toys.

on 8/23/2009 It may sound gay, but there's no reason to think that. If he refuses to let you reciprocate then try licking his butt while you are giving him head. If he appreciates it then slowly also try sliding your fingers around the area...take it slow. you may have to ry this a few times before he gets into it.
