A woman's G spot is generally one of the most pleasurable places on her body, but it may also be one of the most elusive. There are certain common methods used to find a woman's G spot. Read on to learn how to use them to help you provide maximum sexual pleasure.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Get to Know a Woman's Special Spot

  1. Step 1

Wash your hands thoroughly and be sure that your fingernails are clean and trimmed. The fingers are very involved in finding a woman's g spot, so it's very important that they are clean to avoid spreading infection or bacteria. Long fingernails could scratch or cut the inner parts of the vagina, so trim them as short as possible.

  2. Step 2

Lie flat on the bed with your back down. Pull your knees up towards your chest and rest in the position you find most comfortable. You may want to put a pillow beneath your lower back or behind your neck in order to cushion these areas and help maintain the best position.

  3. Step 3

Ask your partner to lie down between your legs. He might want to kneel next to the bed or rest on his stomach with his head close to your vagina, depending on his personal preference and comfort level. Be sure that your partner is as comfortable as you are, as he will be required to do the majority of the work in this situation.

  4. Step 4

Tell your partner to insert two fingers, held close together, about 2 to 3 inches into your vagina. Explain that he is looking for a small bump that is usually about 1 inch in diameter. Try to guide him by telling him when you feel him touch it, as it's generally a very strong sensation.

  5. Step 5

Have your partner use a firm amount of pressure when looking for your g spot. Though it's important to be cautious, some women need to feel a strong touch in order to be sure that their g spots have been located. The vagina is a very sensitive part of the body, so try to help your partner find the balance between being gentle and forceful.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use as much foreplay as necessary to get you and your partner in the mood. Sexual arousal helps get the blood flowing through your vagina, preparing for sexual enjoyment. Massaging a woman's g spot, with no prior arousal, is unlikely to produce much sexual pleasure.
