Explore alternative means. There are some herbal remedies, including anti-aging supplements for women, as well as other products available at pharmacies that may help you get perkier breasts.

Ice them down. If the need for perkier nipples is only for a short-term encounter, then massaging them with an ice cube would do the trick. If there isn't any ice available, any other cold, clean substance could suffice.
