If you haven't been blessed with junk in your trunk or if no one has told you that you're well endowed in the rear region, maybe it's time for you to practice a few exercises designed to make your butt one of your best assets.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Make sure you are including aerobic exercises within your workout routine. A perfect butt is only possible if you are fit. Aerobic exercise helps to keep off excess fat that can camouflage the perfect butt under layers of fat.
Step2
Incorporate weight training in order to build firm muscles. It is easy to forget that your butt is a muscle (the gluteus muscle or glutes for short).
Step3
Do not forget the squats, as they are one of the best exercises for your glutes. They isolate the muscles in the lower body, especially the butt, enabling you to concentrate your energies and efforts in constructing your dream butt. Make sure you practice good form so that you don't hurt your knees or back.
Step4
Make the hills come alive with the sound of your feet pounding up and down them. When you add hill work to your daily walks, you work your butt much more effectively than you would by walking on a flat surface or even running.
Step5
Take the stairs to work or while you're shopping at the mall. Climbing stairs targets your butt and works your heart at the same time.
Step6
Pull that bike out of the garage and start pedaling. Biking, whether on the road or stationary, targets your hips, thighs and butt.
Step7
Go to the beach and take a long walk on the sand. Sand offers lots of wonderful resistance to your walk and helps to tighten and tone it.

Tips & Warnings

  • Monitor your diet conscientiously. A well-balanced diet can keep off excess weight, keep your heart healthy and give you all the energy you need to perform the exercises you need to improve your physique.
  • Start off slowly with the various exercises, so that you don't hurt yourself. It's easy to give up if you get hurt or are terribly sore after your first few exercise sessions.
  • To avoid injury, always ask a doctor who is familiar with your medical condition before you begin a diet or exercise program.
