Perfection, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. What may be perfect for one, may prove a nightmare for another. That is why it is important to try to perfect your butt in a way that is not only right for your body type but also for your personal preferences.

Step1
Buy the perfect butt. Plastic surgery can now offer the butt-challenged the backsides of their dreams. You can often go in and out the same day, and after a few days of recovery, you may have your perfect butt.
Step2
Perform some butt-building exercises. There are a number of workouts that can build the gluteus maximus muscle and help to perk up your less-than-spectacular butt. These include floor exercises, squats and workouts with steps.
Step3
Try some booty pads. They are similar to push-up bras, pushing up and plumping the butt without all the hard work or surgery. They are found in many department stores and online.
Step4
Wear jeans or slacks that have built-in support garments that offer your butt both support and gentle shaping. They also take care of excess jiggling as well as unattractive bulges and ripples.
Step5
Climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Each time you use the glute muscles, you are taking a step to better your butt and improve your overall health by also working your heart aerobically.

Enjoy some romantic moments with your special someone. Amorous activities are a great way to tighten and firm your butt while allowing you to have some fun at the same time.

Enjoy butt-perfecting sports and activities, such as beach volleyball, bike riding and hiking. All of these can help you get your dream butt while you enjoy time spent with friends and family.

  • Remember to watch what you eat. A good diet is one of the most important components in striving for the perfect butt.
  • Don't expect your butt to look like your favorite actor's or singer's behind. Everyone has a different body type, and short of surgery, you can't completely change how you were born. You can however, make the best of what you have by exercising and doing butt sculpting exercises.
  • If you decide to exercise to improve your rear end, don't forget to get approval from your doctor, especially if you have been sedentary for some time. Doing too much could result in injuries or unnecessary pain.
