Things You'll Need:

Put yourself in the state of mind that you will lose weight and fuel your body' s metabolism by eating small portions of healthy foods more often

Say goodbye to the "three square meals" philosophy. Aim for six smaller meals throughout your day.

Start your day with a quick bowl of organic cereal and skim milk followed by a short exercise session.

Snack on some fruit around 11am. Have some bananas or grapes. They are good choices.

Break for lunch with an organic peanut butter on whole wheat sandwich. The kid's peanut butter has too much sugar. Pretzels and H2O go great with the sandwich. (Skip the soda.)

Mid afternoon snack can be another PB on wheat or a bowl of cereal. Wash it down with some H2O or black coffee. Hold the cream and sugar. Your don't need the extra fat from the cream or calories from the sugar.

Dinner can be any number of sensible meals with vegetables on the side. I recommend a lean steak or shrimp with asparagus.

Evening snack should be something light like whole grain toast with your organic peanut butter or a bowl of cereal and skim milk.

Get a good night's rest and wake up energized, fit, and ready to do it again!
