Removing Nail Polish From Carpet

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover
• Plain White Kitchen Paper

1. It is better to let the spill dry before you try to remove it as you may spread it around if you try remove it when still wet.

2. Pour a little Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover to the centre of the stain and allow it to penetrate through the area for a a short while.

3. Blot the stained area gently with the kitchen paper. Do not rub the stain. The Nail polish should begin to transfer onto the kitchen paper.

4. Allow the stained area to dry thoroughly.

Tips & Warnings

• Please note that this method may not be as effective if the spilled nail polish is a very dark colour.
• If the stain will not come out you could replace the piece of your carpet with a remnant by simply cutting as small as possible area around the stain and replacing it with a fresh piece from the remnant.
• Use Nail Polish Remover in a well ventilated area with all windows and doors open.
• Wear a face mask if possible.
• Keep Children and Pets away from the area during the treatment and until the area is dry.
