How to get rid of the hick-ups!

First, after you have hick-uped...Take a slow deep breath and hold it. Then you drink a small amount of water, and then you exhale slowly and repeat the process. And whal-law! No more Hick-ups.

Things You’ll Need:

  • A glass of water. And a little time to realx.

Step1
First you get a glass of water and take a few moments to relax.
Step2
Then you take a slow deep breath and hold.
Step3
You then take a sip of water and swollow and exhale slowly.
Repeat the process until your hick-ups are gone.

Tips & Warnings

  • This is simple process, one that I had a family member show me years ago, and it has worked for me.
  • The object is to distract yourself from your Hick-ups....I guess and so it having a good rate factor. But be sure to slowly inhale and exhale, as to not get dizzy! :) Hope this works for you.
