1. First make a list of things you want in a cell phone such as:
   pricing and discounts
   contract periods
   photo capabilities
   test messages included
   no roaming charges
   battery life
2. Then start your search on the internet for current offers. You can enter the company name or search words on google such as:
   free cell phones
   discounted cell phone plans
   family cell phone options
   Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile
3. Then click on each link to see what their current special deals are. Find the one that is best for you and you are ready to buy.
