First, hard boil both eggs. They will be done by the time you are ready to use them.

Drain the tuna of all of its juice, either in a colander or directly out of the can by squeezing the lid against the tuna before you remove it.

Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and add all of the ingredients except the eggs and salt and pepper (if you choose to use salt and pepper).

Mix all ingredients well and take a taste test to see if you would like to add more pickle relish, olives, or mayonnaise. This is when you would add the salt and pepper to taste.

By now your eggs should be boiled. Shell them and remove the yolks. Coarsly cut up the whites and mix them into the tuna salad.

Serve chilled as a sandwich with green lettuce on each bread slice (to control moisture, add cooked pasta elbows for a tasty side dish, or simply use it as a spread for crackers!
Tips & Warnings
You can make this recipe for one person by using 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp relish, and/or 1 tsp chopped black olives, and 1/2 hard-boiled egg
This recipe will serve up to six people. You can modify it any way you like; just make sure it tastes good before you serve it!
Left over tuna juice makes a great treat for your cat...
Your cat may instantly become territorial if you accidentaly drop some tuna salad on the kitchen floor.
