Figure out how much you can spend on the Valentine's gift. You may want to spend millions of dollars on your wife, but you don't want to break the bank, in order to buy her a present.

Buy her flowers, and send them to her office, so that everyone can see how much you love her.

Hire a barbershop quartet to sing to her. Do you two have a special song? Have them sing it, to make it even more romanatic.

Buy some lingerie, if you are trying to spice up your love life. You can also make up a basket full of wine, candles and bath salts, for a romantic night in.

Surprise your wife with a romantic getaway. Maybe she's always wanted to go to Italy, or maybe she'd just be happy going to a nearby bed and breakfast. Make sure her schedule is cleared before you book the trip.

Make something, if you can't afford the perfect gift for your wife. Put together a photo album full of pictures of the two of you. You can also make a romantic dinner and, if you can afford it, hire a violinist to play, while you eat.
