How to Drink Fernet

Things You’ll Need:

• Bottle of Fernet Branca
• Coca Cola
• Ginger ale
• Ice

1. Prepare Fernet and coke by filling a tall glass with ice. Fill 1/3 of the glass with Fernet and the rest with Coca Cola. Serve with a straw.
2. Serve Fernet in a shot glass and follow with a ginger ale chaser. This recipe is good for curing hangovers and very popular in San Francisco as a drink.
3. Drink Fernet in a small shot glass after meals as a digestif.
4. Try the mint flavored Fernet Branca. Serve it with crushed ice and a bit of mineral water as an aperatif.
