Step 1
Log in to your account and go to USPS postage.
-
Step 2
Click on the kind of postage you want to print. Stamps will require Net Stamps Labels but the other mailing, shipping and international options can simply be printed on regular printer paper or envelopes.
-
Step 3
Enter the return address for your residence and delivery address for where the package will be shipped to into the two provided boxes at the top of the page.
-
Step 4
Check the boxes for what kind of postage that you want for the package. This includes the kind of envelope or box that the product will be shipped in, the kind of shipping, the weight of the package, the extra services that will be added to the postage and the date. All of this information must be accurate to ensure that the package will be shipped correctly and not returned. The date is especially important because the package must be handed in to the post office on the date that the shipping is printed.
-
Step 5
Once you have entered all the information for the package, look at the printing section of the page. This information includes the kind of paper and the printer that is going to be used for printing the postage.
-
Step 6
Once all the needed information is provided and correct, click on the "Print Postage" tab at the bottom of the page. This will print the postage sheet for the package. If something happens to the label, you can reprint it again for free.
