2. Decide on the Indie film festival you would like to attend or more than one if the dates are spread a little apart. You will need to decide if the festival you want to attend is local or you will have to travel to be there.

3. Make your travel arrangements and make sure to get your entrance tickets before they all sell out. A great way to save money on tickets is to volunteer for the festival. These spots may be filled up months in advance, so make sure to inquiry early.

4. Get there and have a great time. If you are visiting a city or town you have never been, check out the night life and area around you when not at the festival.
