1
Learn all the moves and counts of kickboxing. This will enable you to piece together the moves smoothly. If you don't know the moves, you can't teach them to others properly.
-
2
Work with an experienced kickboxing choreographer to learn how to piece kickboxing moves together into counts to put to music. If you are not already skilled in this, it will be a great benefit to work with someone who is.

3
Start putting together moves and counts of moves to piece together a routine. When building a routine for a workout setting, you need to repeat certain sections to maintain heart rate for an aerobic level.
-
4
Practice, practice, practice. The better you know the routine, the better you can teach the routine to others. Have a couple of people practice the routine with you, so you can see the flow of the piece from an instructor's viewpoint. Also consider using these people in your classes for students to watch.
