How to Buy Panasonic Blu-ray Players

The Panasonic company has a range of players for the new Blu-ray discs and hosts an information page about Blu-ray, which the company calls the "next generation" in home entertainment. Blu-ray discs hold much more data than DVDs and provide better image and sound quality. Touted as the future of home entertainment, Panasonic is quite proud of the Blu-ray technology.

1. Go to the Panasonic website.

2. Click on the "DvDs and VCRS" tab under "Consumer Electronics". You'll see a short blurb on Blue-ray by the "DVD" link.

3. Click on the "Blu-ray" link to see what Panasonic has available for Blu-ray. Panasonic's DMP-BD10AK is for sale now, possibly to be joined by a wider variety of Blu-ray players. The price of the model is shown on the lower right.

4. Click on "Learn more" to view the company's description of the DMP-BD10AK including storage and design, sound and image quality, and compatibility. Panasonic lists the DMP-BD10AK features at the bottom of the page.

5. If you know you would like to buy the DMP-BD10AK, Panasonic offers various ways to buy. You can set up an account and use the "shopping cart" system on-site (you'll need credit card and demographic information), or you can use the "find dealer" button to the right of the product image to find a retailer in your area. Just enter your zip code and choose from any of the addresses that pop up. Phone numbers are included in case you need to call for verification or for directions.
