A USB organizer is a hanging device that stores USB components and wires. The organizer keeps USB devices and cables together. It stores the many cables while keeping them handy.
Cut the piece of cardboard to the size you need for the organizer. A normal organizer is 1 x 3 feet and has 3 rows of pockets.
Step2
Paint the cardboard black.
Step3
Measure the cardboard into equal sections lengthwise, depending on the amount of rows you need. Add 5 inches to each length. Cut the plastic to match those measurements. For example, if you have 3 rows, you need 3 sheets of plastic.
Step4
Staple the sides and bottoms of the first plastic strip to the bottom, inside section of the cardboard back. Measure the cardboard into 3 equal sections widthwise. Staple down the plastic at each of those measurements. Keep the plastic loose so the USB pockets open easily.
Step5
Repeat for the next 2 rows.
Step6
Run the ribbon across the bottom, sides and top of the cardboard piece. Staple it to the cardboard.
Step7
Staple the ribbon to each of the top pockets and in between each of the pockets. Cover up each of the staples before completing the step. The best type of ribbon to use is a silver metallic or a printed ribbon with silver in it so the staples blend into the ribbon.
Step8
Make three 1-inch loops at the top of the organizer with the ribbon. Staple it to the back of the cardboard. Feed the rope or wire through the loops and tie the ends together to make the hanger for the USB organizer.
