Step 1
Watch professional wrestlers perform Bronco Buster moves on television to get an idea of what you need to do. Professional wrestlers who routinely use this move are X-Pac, Rey Mysterio and Goldust.
-
Step 2
Perform a series of moves on your opponent that results in his retreat to the corner of the ring. Hurting or tiring out your opponent makes this move easier since his temporary immobility makes your advancement easier.
-
Step 3
Make sure your opponent is distracted or otherwise incapacitated. Wait until he supports himself with his arms on the turnbuckle.
-
Step 4
Advance on your opponent. Excite your audience by gesturing for their support or calling attention to your opponent's vulnerable position.
-
Step 5
Straddle your opponent's back or shoulders. Support yourself by holding onto the ring's ropes. More seasoned wrestlers may choose to jump on top of their opponent and slide down into a straddling position.
-
Step 6
Humiliate your opponent by exacting a series of mock-pelvic thrusts on top of him.
-
Step 7
Dismount your opponent before he has the opportunity to grab a part of your body. Your dismount should be quicker than your mount, since your opponent has had time to realize that you have embarrassed him and will try to retaliate.
