Visit the website to research the Jenny Craig program. Read about their membership plans, including the Platinum, Rewards and Tuneup options. Click the link to call from the Internet, or dial the phone number once you've decided to become a member and buy a diet plan. Sign up for a myJenny account online to access online weight-loss tracking tools, customize your menu and search for recipes.

Step 3
Go to one of their centers to apply for the Jenny Craig program. Get one-on-one counseling on a diet plan and weight-loss program based on your needs. Attend weekly appointments to track your progress, get menu-planning and activity tips and discuss any problems or challenges that you may be facing, such as portion control.

Step 4
Stay with the program by exercising at least three times a week and by following one of the meal plans provided by Jenny Craig. The food is delivered to your door twice a week, regardless of how you join the program. Choose a stuffed sandwich for breakfast, snack on fresh fruit or vegetables, and eat pasta or chicken stir fry with dinner. The plan even allows you to have chocolate or lemon cake for dessert.
