Trampolines are not only great for having fun, they are also a great way to get exercise and spend family time together. No matter what game you play on the trampoline, your heart rate increases and you get some sort of cardio work. Slip off your shoes, and play games on the trampoline for a great time.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Trampoline
  • Balls
  1. Step 1

Play dead man. Have one person lie in the middle of the trampoline with their eyes closed. Jump on the trampoline and chant "dead man, dead man, come alive before I count to the number five. One, two, three, four five, come alive!" The dead man then gets up and runs around the tramp, with his eyes closed, trying to tag someone.

  2. Step 2

Play crack the egg. Have one person sit in the middle of the trampoline, with their knees to their chest and their arms wrapped around their knees. Jump until the person cracks out of their form.

  3. Step 3

Have a bum war. Shout "One, two, three, four, I declare a bum war." Have everyone do as many butt bounces as they can. The person who does the most bounces, without using their hands, wins.

  4. Step 4

Play dodge ball trampoline style. Have one person jump on the trampoline. Place everyone else on the ground. Throw balls at the person on the trampoline until they are hit, and then change places.

  5. Step 5

Play log roll. Have one person roll around on the trampoline, like a log. Jump over the person, and try to stay on your feet. The first person to fall down or be hit by the log is out.

Tips & Warnings
  • Install a net on the trampoline to increase safety.
  • Careless trampoline jumping can result in serious injury or death.
  • Use foam balls when throwing them at people.
