For couples who have already had premarital sex, the wedding night is just the first night of the rest of their lives. Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sexy lingerie
  • Sensual foods
  • Candles (optional)
  • Rose petals (optional)
  • Bubble bath
  • Lubricant
  1. Step 1

Prepare in advance. Read literature about losing your virginity to understand what happens. Talk to your partner and share any worries or concerns. Explore your body before hand. Understand what feels good. Be able to communicate what you enjoy sexually with your partner.

  2. Step 2

Take a nap when the wedding is over and before the honeymoon begins. Weddings are huge stressful events.

  3. Step 3

Set the mood. Light candles, cover the bed in rose petals whatever it takes to make your wedding night special and romantic. Put on lingerie. Losing your virginity is a special experience. Wear sexy underwear that makes you feel attractive.

  4. Step 4

Order room service. Theirs no need to rush this night. Take time feeding each other a light meal featuring sensual and romantic foods that get you in the mood.

  5. Step 5

Have a bubble bath. As a virgin, you may be unfamiliar with the naked body or feel intimidated. Get naked with your new spouse in hot soapy bubbles and get to know each other's bodies a little better. Get used to touch with a sensual massage.

  6. Step 6

Make the experience comfortable. Take time kissing and caressing and stimulate all the pleasure centers of the body. The loss of virginity may cause discomfort, so use lubrication.

Tips & Warnings
  • In the days leading up to your wedding you may begin to stress out over the wedding night. Relax and find other activities to occupy your mind.
  • Sex will only get better over time. Your first time may be uncomfortable or unsatisfying.

on 6/20/2008 I see no reason to wait until you are married, seems very silly to me. Sex is a wonderful thing and it's not something that needs to be built up into some silly night. Be safe and be comfortable with yourself and you can do whomever you choose whenever you choose.

on 5/26/2008 ha ha ha , i cannnot believe this instructional list. lets make it simple. first of all you don't have to have sex on your wedding night. you just might be tired so the two of you just might want to sleep in each others arms. The main thing is that if the groom really loves you he will wait for you. he will be gental and soft. there is no hurry. go slowly. sex on the second or third night of marrage is fine too. it has to be slow and gental. the only thing i suggest is that you don not use porn to get youself in the mood. it become something of a rat race at that point. let the passion flow naturally. with out any cheap props.
