How to Write a Jingle

3. Make sure to include the name of the product and the business in the lyrics. A buyer can't buy a product if he or she doesn't remember what it is.

4. Write sentences that are strong, bright and filled with action verbs. Avoid sentences that feel sloppy or awkward by weeding out passive voice and complicated phrasing.

5. Write a tune that's memorable. It doesn't have to be cutesy, happy or set in a major key, but it absolutely needs to stick easily in the listener's memory. Using arpeggios and scales to build your melody keep it simple and focused and make it much easier for the buyer to remember.
