Having a healthy diet is so important and so often ovrlooked in our fast paced world. Did you know that almost all of our commonly used medicine is chemically based on some form of plant or herb. For example aspirin was originally created from the bark of the willow tree. The use of willow bark as a pain reliever was recorded as early as the 5th century BC.
