Learn to make the perfect, low-fat, Banana Milkshake!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • Low-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Skim Milk
  • Blender
  • Straw
  1. Step 1

    Cut the banana in to four or five pieces and put it in the blender.

  2. Step 2

    Put three cups of fat-free or low-fat vanilla ice cream in to the blender, this works out to about five or six scoops!

  3. Step 3

    Add 1.5 cups of skim milk and about 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract to the blender.

  4. Step 4

    Put the lid on the blender, and blend ingredients until smooth.

  5. Step 5

    Pour milkshake in to a tall, cold glass, insert straw and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Slow-churned ice creams or ice creams with less sugar usually mean less calories, check out the labels before you buy them!
