Open Office is a good and free alternative to the Microsoft Office software. it is very useful and efficient tool for businesses to produce office documents. the major thing is, that it saves the need of buying a new license for every new computer that you buy for your business. once you downloaded it from the internet you can install it on any computer and get constant new updates of the software from the internet.
