not so useful--pretty much standard: eat well, stay hydrated by drinking, avoid carbonation--she forgot about avoiding caffeine. And what's the deal about not drinking water or juice with meals? It makes no difference when you drink fluids! And you might "loose" weight if you drink fluids with meals, as you will feel fuller faster.
