Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • Email account
  • Outlook
  • pc
Step1
Double click on Outlook.exe to open.
Step2
Go to File, New, compose new message.
In the "To" field type in the recipient's email address.
If it is an internal employee then select the "TO" button and search for the name from the Global address List otherwise type in the email address of the recipient (ex: janedoe@gmail.com).
Fill in the subject field with what the email is regarding.
Then in the body field type the content of your email.
Step3
Select Send.
